GenCreator is the AI media and publishing workspace for turning source material into reviewable drafts, audio-visual assets, and exportable packages.

## Surface & design contract (Territory B) [#surface--design-contract-territory-b]

Per `starlight-design-intelligence/brand-packs/gencreator/DESIGN.md` (accepted 2026-08-22), GenCreator uses **Territory B (New Creative Publishing)**:

- **Light paper & warm ink:** Surfaces default to light paper (`#fbf9f5`) and ink (`#221f1b`), which carry at least 90% of every composition.
- **Single spot red (`#c8322a`):** Used once per object to register an edition, source, active state, or signature.
- **Editorial restraint:** Typography pairs **Instrument Serif** for editorial display with **Instrument Sans** for reading and controls, and monospace for source hashes and timestamps. Ambient glow and perpetual orbit animations are explicitly banned.
